Villas of Wake Forest Pressure Washing Project

We will be having all the Villa’s buildings and attached vinyl fences and the Club House pressure washed on Monday and Tuesday June 5 th and 6th and 7th if necessary, weather permitting.   Residents need to make certain anything in your courtyard, porch or patio is at least 5-10 feet away from the building and fence.   Any easily broken or valuable items should be removed.   They will not be responsible for damage to any items that were not moved or removed prior to their arrival.   If items are in the way, they may pass on and go to the next house.   Any decorations or lights on the fence will mean the fence will not be washed.   They will start at the west end of Bluebird on Monday and work their way up to the Club House and on to Winter Wren.

The mildewcide solution is diluted to an environmentally safe ratio according to the manufacturer’s recommendation. There is a smell to it but the chemicals are needed to provide the best results for removing and preventing mildew, dirt and debris.  A second wash with clear water follows the first wash.

If you want your patio/courtyard pressure washed there is a $20 charge for this service which the homeowner must pay the contractor in cash or check when he is doing the work.   Make check to Taylors Pressure Washing.   This does not include sidewalks.   In order for them to wash the patio/courtyard, everything must be moved out of that area and placed in mulch area or on the grass.   These are the same days the landscapers are here so there is a possibility they may not be able to mow your entire lawn that day.  If you plan to have your patio/courtyard washed, send me an email before May 31 st  so I can let the contractor know which ones to do.

If you have a neighbor or friend that does not use email, please let them know about this important project so they can be ready for the pressure washers.   If there are any questions, let me know.
