Re-roofing Bldgs #1 and #2

Good evening Villas residents. 
The Re-Roofing of two Villas Buildings will start  with Building # 1 on Monday May 13th, weather permitting! (Building #2 will be done next!)

CTI Roofing Division will be doing the work and they have provided a letter (click this link) attached below that describes what our affected residents (in the designated Buildings) need to do and be alert to during the construction process.  

Please plan to have your cars out of the garage (park in the street) during work hours, especially if you need to venture away from The Villas. 

For residents of those Buildings getting new roofs, this is a noisy  & dirty process. You may want to clear anything that could be damaged on the outside of your unit. I would recommend covering items in your attic to keep them relatively clean!

The Buildings / Units to be Re-Roofed include:

Building # 1 / Units # 1143, 1145, 1147 & 1149

Building # 2 / Units # 1153, 1155, 1157 & 1159 -
Building #1 will be started first on or about Monday May 13
Building #2 will be started most likely the following week (May 20 - 25).

Please note that adjacent Building's residents (because of the shared driveway) should also be alert for workmen, dumpsters, associated debris & trucks, especially during the roofing removal phase. Adjacent Buildings that may be affected include: 

Building #   8 (Units # 1133, 1135, 1137 & 1139)
Building #   3 ( Units 1163, 1165, 1167 & 1169) 

Most Villas residents will not be affected by this project, but those who travel into the lower west end of Blue Bird Lane (in the vicinity of the main entrance at Pasture Walk Dr.) to get their mail or to visit a neighbor could possibly pick up a random roofing nail. We have been assured that CTI will maintain the responsibility for nail damaged auto tires.
