UPDATE - Hwy 98 Detours

The following response is from Joseph Medlin, TOWF Street Maintenance Manager:
We received your request regarding the misleading signage. The signage was installed due to maintenance that is taking place on the bridge near the intersection of 98 and Galaxy Dr. This is a NCDOT project. Town officials have being in contact with NCDOT to make adjustments on the signage location. We were assured by NCDOT the signage would be addressed as soon as possible.
