Good afternoon Villas residents.

You may have noticed that one of our buildings is in the process of getting a new roof and gutters.

The Board has approved the replacement of the roof and guttering for three (3) Villas Buildings.  

Our plan is to try and get all 3 buildings done before the spring rains set in.

The Buildings / Units to be Re-Roofed include:

• Building #  3   Units # 1163, 1165, 1167 & 1169 - This building is currently being replaced and weather permitting should be finished by Wednesday of this week - March 26.
  
  
• Building # 19  Units # 990, 992, 994 & 996 - This building is planned to start the morning of Thursday 2/27 weather permitting
  
  
• Building # 11  Units # 1123, 1125, 1127 & 1129 - This building is scheduled to start weather permitting during the middle of the following week (March 5-7) 

CTI Roofing Division will be doing the work and they have provided the letter (click here) attached below that describes what our affected residents (in the designated Buildings) need to do and be alert to during the construction process.  

Please plan to have your cars out of the garage (park in the street) during work hours, especially if you need to venture away from The Villas. 

For residents of those Buildings getting new roofs, this is a noisy & dirty process. You may want to clear anything that could be damaged on the outside of your unit. I would recommend covering items in your attic to keep them relatively clean!

Please note that adjacent Building's residents (because of the shared driveway) should also be alert for workmen, dumpsters, associated debris & trucks, especially during the roofing removal phase.

Building #   20   (Units # 964 & 966)
Building #   8   (Units # 1137 & 1139)
Building #   12 ( Units 1113 & 1115)
