Hello Villas residents!!

 

The newly reformed Landscape Team is committed to keeping all residents informed and up to date of the Landscape projects and your ability to assist with ideas and concerns.  We have many upcoming projects for the remainder of the 2025 season and hope you will find our monthly communication to be informing and helpful.

 

As you may remember, if you are planning on improving your mulch areas with new plants, removing unwanted plants or just want ideas please contact any member of the Team.  We can help you fill out the required LVR (Landscape Variance Request).  The Team has two forms of the LVR: one for plantings Form A, and another one, Form B for Hardscaping.

 

The Team has also divided the Villas into sections, with each Team member overseeing a section. Soon you will be given the name of your contact person that can help you with any questions or problems you may have around your unit.

 

To keep you informed as much as possible the Team will be hosting a meeting on March 13 in the Clubhouse at 1 pm.  We invite all who are interested in hearing about projects, what to expect from Greenscape, and provide you with opportunities to volunteer for community projects.  All Team members will be present and are excited to hear your ideas and concerns.
