Community Update from the 2024/2025
Villas of Wake Forest COA Board of Directors…
The VWF Board planned to send Bi-monthly updates (2 times per month) but find ourselves using the other definition of Bi-Monthly (Every 2 months). That being said- we have been busy with all of our Committees and are excited to share… Please continue to refer to the

“Hi Neighbors, Spring as arrived, if far too slowly for many of us. It is good to see people out walking and chatting with one another. Earlier this week the Board held a meeting with all the Villas Committee Chairpersons and one other person from each committee, a + 1. We had a great time together sharing information, collaborating on ways to improve our community, and enjoying the comradery of working together. A huge thank you to all our volunteers and a welcoming smile of invitation to each of you to join in the fun of being a part of something that’s fun, brings purpose as you contribute and builds friendships.
A special word of thanks to Bob Turnage who makes our website, email systems, and clubhouse TVs work so well! Thanks too to Kathlee Bailey who leads and communicates the wonderful work of the Social Committee, to Beck Tucci who keeps us up to date on landscaping matters, to Rich Pike who helps us with changes in trash pick-up dates and other matters.”
All Villas Meetings with the Villas Board
Owners Meetings with the board are planned for May 19 and October 15, 2025, all meetings will be in the clubhouse from 1:00-2:30 P.M.These meetings will require an RSVP to an invitation sent to the community three weeks ahead of time. If there are more responses than the clubhouse can safely hold the Board will host a second meeting with the same agenda to accommodate all who wish to attend.
Clubhouse Landscape Improvements
This spring there has been lots going on to improve the attractiveness of the area in front of the clubhouse and the area across the clubhouse driveway. Please read the Letters from Landscaping from the Landscape Team member Becky Tucci for lots of good information about landscaping. Our thanks to the Landscape Team members who stepped up to form that team. The clubhouse project was funded by shifting landscape budgeted funds normally used for mulching.
Rules and Regulations (R&Rs)
You will receive in the next week or two via USPS your condo’s copy of the Villas of Wake Forest Rules and Regulations. Clay Price of York Properties will periodically walk the Villas to note any violations. Clay will have a York Properties hoody or jacket on and a letter from the Villas Board with his photograph on it.
Next Meetings of the VWF Board
April 9th and 23rd … The meetings will occur on 2nd and 4thWednesdays in 2025 in the Clubhouse Conference Room… 1:00- 2:30pm
