Hello from the Villas Facilities Team
Your facilities team is made up of the following volunteers. Remember these folks are residents and volunteer their time to assist all residents and make minor repairs that help keep our dues lower:

Please thank these folks when you see them for all they do to make and keep things running smooth around the Villas.
We are excited to have just completed installing new roofs and gutters onto three (3) buildings.
A few reminders now that Spring is on its way.
The warmer weather will bring out the ants and termites. In 2017 the Board signed a contract with Neuse Termite and Pest Company. They perform a community wide inspections yearly and will come to your residence if you give them a call. Their number and website is

If termites are found, the colony will be destroyed and repairs needed are at no cost to the home owner or COA.
What is the evidence of termites? Termites build and live in mud tunnels. They look like mini lobsters, some are white and some are black, but the mud tunnels give them away. Tunnels are usually near the foundation and inside garages. All residents will be notified when the inspection will be held for 2025.
Currently the facilities team is working on several projects, including, but not limited to:
- downspout drains
- maintain irrigation system at clubhouse
- power washing the vinyl buildings after pollen and before Memorial Day - the details are being worked out now. More to come on this soon.
We use our Handyman Arturo to make minor repairs around the Villas as needed. Examples of these repairs would be clogged gutters or downspouts, loose or missing stone from the outside of the building, loose boards and shutters.
As residents bring matters to our attention we evaluate the situation, add them to our list of issues and schedule appropriate action to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We’re all in this thing together and our goal is to keep The Villas of Wake Forest a wonderful community!
