We were informed yesterday by Victor Santana, the owner of Santana Construction and the employer of our Handyman Arturo that he will no longer be able to provide the Villas with handyman services. 

We had been on a pause with Arturo for several weeks as Santana was out of compliance with his insurance and was promising it would be reinstated. 

 

Anticipating that Santana may have to cancel on us Shelley Welch and I will set up meetings with other potential companies to take over this work - in fact we had one of those meetings this morning. 

 

Please bear with us as we look to fill this important position as soon as possible.
