Ligon Mill / Wegman's Development - Presentation Nov 8th

The developer and the consultant coordinating the proposed mixed-use Wegmans/Ligon Mill/Route 98 project will be making a talk, with pictorial displays, at our Clubhouse on Thursday, November 8, at 10:00am. This exclusive, exciting event is just for the residents of the Villas, so put your listening ears on and bring your questioning minds.
Now, some changes for next week to accommodate the presentation:
- The men's coffee will be canceled on November 6, but ...
- Men's Coffee will be combined with the Women's Coffee on the day of the presentation - 8th.
- And, the new coffee time for the combined coffee is 9:30am, not 10:00am, so all of you can be comfortably seated with food at the start of the meeting.
This is a rare opportunity to hear about a unique, Villa-positive development.
