Town of Wake Forest: Private to Public Streets

A quick update on the Town's initiative to allow HOA's to give their private streets to the Town and become part of the publicly-owned maintenance system.
Last night ((April 3rd), the Town Planning Board approved the proposal by the Town's Engineering staff. In two weeks, the Town's Board of Commissioners will vote on the proposal.
