Mark has talked to the new termite company today (Thursday the 13th). They are scheduled to come and inspect Monday, time to be determined based on weather.

 

There is no need for you to be home nor do you need to leave your garage open for this inspection. They will inspect around your foundation and present  facilities and the board with a record of the results of each unit in the community. If, as in the past, should they find any active termite activity in your unit, they will return to treat that area at no cost as part of the contract. 

 

Please allow them to proceed with their inspection without delay on Monday. 

 

If weather prevents the inspection, we will notify you and reschedule the inspection.
