Hello Villas residents, especially those of you from the Clubhouse area and down the hill.

This is a reminder that Heavenly Shine will be washing the vinyl buildings including both sides of your fencing along with the newspaper boxes starting Wednesday morning June 24th.

They will start at the clubhouse and work their way down to the bottom.

They will use water from our fire hydrants.

We anticipate this will take 3 days to complete weather permitting.

Some residents have shown interest in having Heavenly Shine wash their patios and or walkways. If you are interested a separate email with a sign up will follow.  This addition work will be scheduled at a later date once the sign ups are completed.

Parking: Move vehicles away from the house to provide clear access for our equipment and to prevent any accidental overspray.

Inform Neighbors: Let your neighbors know about the scheduled work to avoid any inconvenience.
