The Villas of Wake Forest is a condominium owner based community. The community's finances and management are currently performed by York Properties.
On the York Properties website you can:
- set up your payment,
- submit a maintenance request
- submit an architectural change request
- stay in touch with board members
Payments are not accepted in the office.
York's office hours are 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday / 8:30 - 2:00pm Friday. Managers and accounting typically work remotely. An appointment is necessary to come in person to the office. Should you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the office at

York Security can be reached by calling

York Properties also has a full service Maintenance Department that is available to owners for individual needs. The York Maintenance Department consists of plumbers, electricians, carpenters, etc., on staff. Individual repair items are invoiced to the property owner. The Maintenance Department has someone on call 24 hours a day for emergency issues, whether individual or related to the common areas.

How to Submit a Work Order to York Properties:
Please submit a work order to York Properties for items that are maintained by the Condominium Owners Association - the COA. It is the owner’s discretion to use York work orders for personal repairs. Personal repairs will be billed to the owner.
