At the BOTTOM of this page is a list of current RSVP events and activities available for electronic sign up.
BACKGROUND DETAILS:
Specific social and business events can be defined to allow a resident to electronically signup for an event or meeting. Both residents and the event coordinator can see who has signed for an event.
Residents who electronically signup for an event will receive an email confirmation. Coordinators will also receive an email.
The best use of this RSVP feature is when an event needs an attendance headcount for planning food preparation or space-seating needs. The RSVP feature is not meant for everything. Good examples are restaurant gatherings or indoor clubhouse events that can only accommodate a limited number of people.
- If you are NOT attending, there is no need to signin or do anything.
- Use the field “Total people attending” to sign up for yourself and spouse/partner/friend.
- If you do sign up for an event electronically AND your plans change, please use this RSVP “edit” feature to change your attendees headcount or change to non-attending.
- The coordinator may set a date deadline or maximum headcount for an event. If so, additional signups will be not be accepted once either of those criteria are met.
- If you do sign up for an event electronically using this RSVP feature: PLEASE DO NOT sign up for the same event using the paper sheet on the Clubhouse bulletin board. Use one or the other - but not both.

The Out-To-Dinner weeknight group will dine locally on the second Thursday of the month. The maximum number of attendees will be determined by the individual restaurant. Per the restaurant’s request, a final headcount is needed by the end of Sunday before the event.
