— Pool Gate — (New)

As Chairman of the Pool Committee I have learned that the pool gate has been left unlocked several times in the past couple of weeks. The Pool Rules and Regulations require that the last person to leave the pool area must lock the gate. With it left unlocked, the COA,s liability increases dramatically.

If you arrive at the pool and no one else is there and you find the gate unlocked, please let me know. If someone is still at the pool when you leave, please check with them to ensure they have their gate key and remind them to lock the gate.

— Water Aerobics —

Seeing that the participation in water aerobics has turned out to be slight thus far this year, I am opening water aerobic session to all that are interested in attending. Low impact water aerobics is held every Monday and Wednesday mornings at 10:00. All you need to bring to aerobics is a water noodle, a towel and a desire to have some fun and great exercise.

— Pool Rules Reminder —

1. Last person to leave the pool area, please make sure all umbrella's are down and tied.
2. Make sure you lock the gate.
3. If you relocate deck furniture, return it to where you got it.
4. Put all trash in the receptacle by the gate.
5. Sit on a towel, not directly on the furniture.

Welcome to Our Community

We are a small village-like community of 144 condominiums across 36 buildings. Situated within the historic Town of Wake Forest, North Carolina, we are within a short walk of Wegmans, and near Sam’s and Walmart.

We are an active community of diverse backgrounds and interests. The Clubhouse and pool complex is our social center where we enjoy BBQs, potluck dinners, holiday gatherings, weekly coffees for men and women and seminars. We especially enjoy food trucks and music.

Within a 10 minute drive, there are shopping, restaurants, churches, golf courses and medical care. Within a one hour drive, there are numerous historical sites, museums, three ACC schools, an International airport, and world class dining.

This website has been developed to serve residents, as an information resource for our community. Please use it as a tool to stay informed, communicate, learn and enjoy. The website will be active, often with new information daily, weekly and monthly.
