I just heard from Eddie Isom of Heavenly Shine powerwashing and because of the predicted weather on Thursday he has decided to wait until Friday morning at 10am to start washing patios & sidewalks. 

Please spread the news to as many neighbors as possible since some of them do not read emails.

We have over 40 people who have signed up so far and Eddie seems to think he can get most of you done on Friday. 

His plan right now is to finish up the remainder of folks on Monday if he doesn't get everyone done on Friday  

The Villas board asked Heavenly Shine to offer this service to our residents as we were pleased with the work they performed on our buildings earlier this year.  

The most current list of residents requesting his service has been submitted to Heavenly Shine and they will be here to start Friday morning at 10am.
