Uniworld French Dressing

Ingredients:
3 1/2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
1.7 ounces white wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon (or less) salt
5 teaspoons sugar, slightly rounded
2 1/2 cloves garlic
1 cup sunflower oil, slightly over
2/3 cup water, slightly less

Directions:
Put everything in blender for four minutes at high speed. Taste and adjust as needed. Chill in refrigerator.
